About the Fitness App
Stride is a fitness app UI built around a "Clean Athletic" aesthetic: an off-white canvas, crisp white cards floating on soft shadow, near-black numerals that own each screen, and one energetic orange reserved for activity rings, progress, and the primary action. It feels like a fresh morning workout, high-energy but premium, never neon.
The template ships six connected screens that form a complete fitness flow: a bento-grid Today dashboard with activity rings, steps, resting heart rate and calories; a Workouts library of strength, HIIT and mobility cards with photo thumbnails; a focused Workout session with a rest-timer ring, rep and weight readouts and an up-next preview; a Progress view with weekly minutes, current streak and a training-volume chart; a History list of completed sessions; and a Profile with goals and personal records. Large bold stats, quiet grey labels, and circular rings carry the design throughout.
Use it in Sleek and make it yours: restyle the palette, edit any screen with AI by describing the change, and add the flows your product needs. Then export it to code, copy it into Figma, or hand a prompt to an AI agent to build it for real, far faster than starting from a blank canvas.
