About the Habit Tracker App

Streakly is a habit tracker app UI design built around a "Bento Momentum" look: a warm paper-white canvas, near-black headers, and soft sage and clay terracotta as habit-category tints. One electric lime is held back for a single moment, the snap when a habit is marked complete, so the screen quietly rewards every tap. Oversized streak numerals and a GitHub-style momentum grid turn progress into a glowing mosaic you want to keep feeding.

The template ships six connected screens that form a full habit-tracking flow: a Today home with a giant streak count and a packed bento of today's habits, a monthly Calendar with color-coded dots per day, a Stats dashboard with completion rate and category breakdowns, a habit detail with a year-long momentum grid and weekly bars, an Add Habit form, and a Profile of milestone badges. Squircle toggles snap-fill lime on tap, tiles pack edge-to-edge with tight gutters, and a floating segmented nav anchors the bottom.

Use it in Sleek and make it yours: restyle the palette, edit any screen with AI by describing the change, and add the flows your product needs. Then export it to code, copy it into Figma, or hand a prompt to an AI agent to build it for real, far faster than starting from a blank canvas.

What's inside

Screens included

01

Today

A dated greeting, a hero tile with a giant 7-day streak count over a mini momentum grid, and a bento list of today's habits like Drink Water and Workout, each a tinted tile with a squircle toggle that fills lime when checked.

02

Calendar

A monthly view where each day shows a cluster of tiny colored dots for completed habits, with a daily legend mapping colors to Health, Mind, Focus, and Body. The at-a-glance view of consistency over time.

03

Stats

A big completion-rate percentage with a progress ring, a yearly activity heatmap, and category breakdown bars for Health, Mind, and Focus. Where users read their overall momentum.

04

Habit detail

A single habit like Meditate with a year-long momentum grid, current streak versus best streak as two stat slabs, a weekly activity bar chart, and a bold "Log Habit Now" action. The deep view for one habit.

05

New Habit

A form to add a habit with a name field, an emoji-style icon picker, category tint chips for Health, Mind, Focus, and Body, plus frequency and reminder time. The setup flow that keeps onboarding quick.

06

Profile

An avatar, total habits and longest streak stats, and a grid of milestone badges like 7 Day Fire and 30 Day Hero, with locked tiers to chase. Turns progress into collectible rewards.
