About the Accounting App
Ledgerly is an accounting app UI design template built on a "Ledger Paper Precision" aesthetic: a warm paper-white base, deep-ink charcoal figures, and color that carries real accounting meaning. Forest green signals credits and primary actions while a muted clay red marks debits and overdue flags. Currency figures use a tabular monospace so columns line up to the decimal, and data sits in hairline-ruled tables rather than rounded cards, the way a real accountant's book reads.
The template ships six connected screens that form a complete bookkeeping flow: a Dashboard with flat summary tiles and a cash-flow strip, a General Ledger table with searchable entries and category filters, an Invoices list with status pills and outstanding totals, a Profit & Loss report laid out like a printed financial statement, an Account Reconciliation view that matches bank lines to book entries, and a Chart of Accounts tree with right-aligned balances. The running balance and color-coded figures tie the screens together so every view feels like the same orderly set of books.
Use it in Sleek and make it yours: restyle the palette, edit any screen with AI by describing the change, and add the flows your product needs. Then export it to code, copy it into Figma, or hand a prompt to an AI agent to build it for real, a far faster start than a blank canvas.
What's inside
Screens included
Dashboard
A "Books for Atlas Studio" greeting over three flat summary tiles (Cash on hand, Outstanding, Net profit MTD) each with a green or clay accent bar, plus a receipts-versus-disbursements cash-flow strip. The at-a-glance health of the studio's books.
General Ledger
A searchable ledger table with date, payee/account, and category columns, plus filter chips for All Accounts, Revenue, Expenses, and Payroll and paginated entries. The core record of every transaction.
Invoices
A ruled list of client invoices with numbers, issue dates, amounts, and Paid, Pending, Overdue, and Draft status pills, topped by outstanding and overdue totals and a green "New invoice" button. The accounts-receivable hub.
Profit & Loss Statement
A P&L laid out like a printed document with operating revenue, expenses in parentheses, subtotal rules, and a net operating income line, plus print and download actions. A report ready to share or file.
Account Reconciliation
A matching view pairing bank statement lines to ledger entries, with matched rows tinted green, unmatched lines flagged clay, a running difference, and a "Finish now" action. The screen that gets the books to tie out.
Chart of Accounts
An indented ledger tree of accounts with numeric codes, names, and right-aligned balances, debits shown in clay. The structural foundation of the studio's books.
