About the Meal Planner App
Mise is a meal planner app design template built on a "Fresh Market Daylight" look: a paper-white base, deep kitchen-charcoal text, and a fresh herb green reserved for the active day and primary actions, with warm terracotta tags. Surfaces sit as inset oat-tan panels with no shadows, so depth comes from hairline rules and crisp dividers, like cells in a printed planner. A high-contrast serif carries recipe titles and day headers while a geometric sans handles labels and tabular-mono quantities line up like a recipe card.
The template ships six connected screens that form a complete planning flow: a Plan home with the signature seven-day Week Ribbon and today's photo meal cards, a filterable Browse grid of recipes, a Recipe detail with stats and a checkable ingredients list, a Schedule Meal sheet with day and meal pickers, an aisle-grouped Grocery list with swipe-to-check items, and a Stats screen with macro rings and a daily-calorie bar chart. The Week Ribbon ties it together: tiny stacked meal chips fill with color as you assign recipes across the week.
Use it in Sleek and make it yours: restyle the palette, edit any screen with AI by describing the change, and add the flows your product needs. Then export it to code, copy it into Figma, or hand a prompt to an AI agent to build it for real, far faster than starting from a blank canvas.

Screens included
Plan
The Mise home with the Week Ribbon pinned under the header and today's meals as tall photo cards, each tagged with prep time and calories. The daily kcal total sits beside the day header so the plan reads at a glance.
Browse
A masonry grid of recipe cards with overhead food photos, charcoal label bands, and terracotta tag pills, filterable by All, High-Protein, and Vegetarian. The discovery surface for building a week's plan.
Recipe detail
A full-bleed food hero with a save heart, a serif title, and a stats row showing calories, prep time, and servings. An ingredients list in tabular mono with checkboxes lets you tick off items as you cook.
Schedule Meal
A picker sheet with the recipe thumbnail up top, a select-day row mapping onto the Week Ribbon, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. This is how a recipe lands in the weekly plan.
Grocery list
An auto-grouped shopping list by aisle (Produce, Protein, Dairy) with quantities in mono, a running items-remaining count, and a swipe-to-check interaction. Clears the friction between planning and shopping.
Stats
A weekly nutrition summary with a hero average-daily-intake number, protein, carbs, and fat macro rings, and a calm daily-calorie bar chart. Keeps the week's eating measurable and motivating.
